Mandi knows firsthand how challenging life can be when living with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and post-traumatic stress. Through gentle yoga, clinical somatic exercise, and creative practices like art journaling and affirmation work, she found her own path to greater ease, resilience, and well-being β and now she helps others discover theirs. Her approach blends movement, nervous system regulation, and creative exploration to guide clients toward calm, confidence, and connection with themselves.
Mandi also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and teaches practical, hands-on workshops in Canva and creative business tools. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, mompreneurs, and solopreneurs work more efficiently and confidently, blending her professional expertise with her creativity and wellness experience to support others in building sustainable, inspired businesses.
