Mandi knows firsthand how challenging life can be when living with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and post-traumatic stress. Through gentle yoga, clinical somatic exercise, and creative practices like art journaling and affirmation work, she found her own path to greater ease, resilience, and well-being — and now she helps others discover theirs. Her approach blends movement, nervous system regulation, and creative exploration to guide clients toward calm, confidence, and connection with themselves.
Mandi also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and teaches practical, hands-on workshops in Canva and creative business tools. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, mompreneurs, and solopreneurs work more efficiently and confidently.
