My classes blend the ancient wisdom of yoga with the gentle, brain-based approach of somatic exercise. We move slowly and mindfully, focusing not on what the pose looks like, but on what it feels like from the inside. This practice is designed to help you release chronic tension, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover a sense of wholeness and ease in your body.
