1-1 Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing is a gentle, body-based approach to releasing stress and trauma stored in the nervous system. Mandi offers 50-minute one-on-one sessions for $50 while completing her Somatic Experiencing Practitioner training. Over a series of sessions, participants learn to tune into body sensations, gently process stored tension, and build resilience, creating more ease and calm in daily life.
